Who is allowed to attend PHAME?
PHAME is open to the public, but also hosts PRO ONLY hours with special discounts for Pros. PRO ONLY hours are; Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. General Admission Hours are; Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm & Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Is PHAME open to the public?
Yes! Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 4 pm. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Who qualifies as a professional? How can I prove my professional status?
If you are currently working as a beauty industry professional (Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Instructor, Beauty Shop & Salon Owner, Union and Beauty Agency) you qualify for a PRO Pass. To prove your professional status, you will be asked fill out the Pro Card registration form and upload two of the following credentials: union card, cosmetology or esthetician license, professional tear sheet with your name, business card, crew call list, professional letter of references, IMDB listing, link to dedicated website showcasing your work, pro card from a well-recognized beauty brand (i.e. M.A.C. PRO card, Make Up For Ever Backstage card, etc.). You must bring your photo ID and PHAME PRO Card to the show in order to check-in.

How much does a ticket cost?
General Admission Prices:
December 1 – January 15th: $45 one-day / $65 two-day
January 16 - March 31st: $50 one-day / $70 two-day
April 1 – June 1st (until 5pm): $55 one-day / $75 two-day
At the door: $70 one-day / $90 two-day

Students:
Student receive 10% General Admission prices.

Professional:
December 1 – January 15th:   $35 one-day / $55 two-day
January 16 - March 31st: $40 one-day / $60 two-day
April 1 – June 9th: $45 one-day / $65 two-day
At the door: $70 one-day / $90 two-day

Do you offer group sales?
Yes! We offer discounts for groups of 8 or more. All group sales must be placed and paid in one order. To place a group order, please contact us via email or call at 503-908-7766.

May I purchase tickets at the door?
Absolutely! Tickets are available at the door, pending availability. Door ticket prices are as follows: $70 one-day ticket and $90 two-day ticket.

Do you offer child tickets:
Anyone 9 and under is free with a paid adult ticket. Anyone 10 and over must purchase a general admission ticket.

How do the e-tickets work?
It’s easy! Select your ticket(s) and purchase online. You will have two delivery options, print at home or send to mobile. If you click print at home you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. If you select the mobile ticket delivery option, your e-ticket will be sent to you via text. Print or bring your mobile device with your e-ticket confirmation and your photo ID to the show registration desk to check-in. Your confirmation will be scanned into our software, and you’ll be given an entry wristband that allows you access to the show.

I haven’t received my e-ticket(s). What should I do??
The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. If you cannot find your confirmation email and selected your delivery option as print at home, follow these instructions to view and print tickets.

What if I lose my ticket?
Please go to Showclix and log into your account to view and print your ticket confirmation, or contact showclix at 888.718.4253 or email at support@showclix.com.

How do I change my ticket to a different day?
Tickets cannot be changed to a different day. If you cannot attend the day of your ticket, you may transfer it to another person. Please see “Q: I can’t go to the show, may I give my ticket to a friend?”

How do I upgrade my ticket from a one-day to a two-day?
You may upgrade your ticket at the show’s box office by paying the difference between a one-day and a two-day ticket. Make sure to bring your one-day e-ticket confirmation and photo ID with you.

I can’t go to the show. May I get a refund?
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on our tickets page on our website. No exceptions.

I can’t go to the show. May I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes! You may give your ticket to a friend. Just give them your original e-ticket along with a note of transfer. They should bring that to the Online Ticket desk to check in at the show. Please note that two-day tickets CANNOT be split. You cannot give your ticket to someone after you have already used it.

How may I move through the entry line even faster?
Make sure you print your e-ticket confirmation or have it pulled up on your phone and have it ready with your ID at registration. This saves our staff the time needed to look up your information.

I am a hair/make-up/IATSE union member. How do I get into the show?
Union members receive complimentary tickets to PHAME. To receive this benefit you must apply for a Pro Card by clicking here. Please make sure have your union membership card with you when you register, and again at the show.

What type of bank or credit cards do you accept to purchase tickets and items at the show?
We accept all cards that have a Visa, MasterCard & American Express logo. There are also ATMs located in the lobby of the venue right outside the registration area.

Is there parking onsite?
Yes, there is paid parking at the Magic Box/ the Reef. Additional parking is available across the street for an hourly fee as well.

How can I make travel arrangements to attend the show?
PHAME has secured special room rates with the Pasadena Sheraton. Rooms must be booked by May 8th, 2017 by 5 PM PST to receive the PHAME room rates.

Parking:
Self parking $18 per day with in and out access.
Valet is $22 per day.

What is included with my ticket to PHAME?
Your ticket provides you access to all events on the panel and main stage, designed to inspire, inform, and increase your professional skills. Deeply discounted products and services across the show floor, giving you access to the latest beauty products at a discounted price. As well as the opportunity to meet your favorite professional artists and beauty influencers.

What classes are offered at PHAME?
Seminars on nails, hair, and makeup trends and techniques, taught by renowned artist and well-known industry professionals, are free with the price of admission. Master Class tickets can be purchased for an additional fee.

May I bring a pet to the show?
No pets are allowed at PHAME. Of course, service animals are permitted.

How Do I Receive My PRO Swag Bag?
To receive your PRO Swag Bag you must purchase a PRO ticket and attend PHAME Los Angeles 2018. The PRO Swag Bags will be given out at check-in to Pros with a valid PRO ticket and Pro card. Ticket name and Pro card must match.
